招生对象 / Admission Requirements

18-60岁，对中国文化感兴趣的外籍人士

Foreign citizens aged 18 to 60 who are interested in China, its’ people and its’ culture.

Day 1: Origins, Foundations, and the Dawn of Civilization
第一天：文明的起源与奠基

• The Evolution of Chinese Characters from Oracle Bone Script to Modern Writing

Day 2: Mysteries in Clay and Silk: The Qin and Han Era
第二天：陶土与丝绸的奥秘：秦汉时期

• The Terracotta Army and the First Emperor Qin Shi Huang of 259 BC
  兵马俑与秦始皇（公元前259年）
• The Silk Road and Mogao Grottoes of 400 AD
• 公元400年的丝绸之路与莫高窟

Day 3: Dynastic Cycle, Spiritual Splendor, and Artistic Flourishing

第三天：王朝更替、精神瑰宝与艺术繁荣

• The rise and fall of China’s great dynasties

📅 住宿与课外活动安排 / Course Schedule Accommodation and Sightseeing

可提供学校周边住宿资源，需自行预定，费用直接支付给酒店。课程结束后可以进行上海及周边城市的参访，费用需自理。

Accommodation resources around the school can be provided. You need to pay the hotel or hostel yourself. After or before the course, you can visit Shanghai and surrounding cities at your own expense.

(1) 用email注册后登录，选择【短期汉语】，根据要求用中文或英文如实填写信息

Apply online at http://applychinese.sjtu.edu.cn. Register with your email address, sign in with your email address and initial password, choose "Short term", fill out all the required information.

(2) 上传文件

1.    护照（带照片的个人信息页）（小于3MB的JPG文件）

2.    近期证件照片（免冠，jpg格式，2.2x2.8cm，300像素，大小10KB左右）

Upload Documents:

1.    A clear photo or scan  of your passport page with personal information and photo. (jpg, ≤3MB)

2.    A clear and sharp recent portrait photo of yourself jpg, 2.2x2.8cm, 300 pixels/inch, ≤10k, Bareheaded).

(3) 提交报名材料并支付报名费。支付方式可以为：在线支付（微信、支付宝或信用卡）、银行汇款（请勿通过ATM机转账）。

Please pay the full tuition fee online by way of credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Bank transfer (TT), Wechat pay or Alipay.  Please DON’T transfer through an ATM machine. If you made any bank transfer, please e mail to yanjunzhang@sjtu.edu.cn a brief message with your name, application No. and country, confirming the amount of the remittance that has been made.

1.为了确认报名成功，请在规定时间内尽早完成线上报名。

2.课程为全英文授课，线上线下同步进行。

3.请自行购买旅行、意外、医疗和行李保险，大学无法对任何可能出现的情况负责。

4.课程满30人开班，如报名人数不足无法开班，将在开课前两周另行通知，并退还全部学费。
